PE PP recycling and washing line could roughly divided to PP PE film recycling washing line and PP PE rigid plastics recycling washing line.
1. PP PE film washing recycling line is mainly used for process materials such as PE waste film, LDPE (LLDPE) film 98/99,PE Mulch film, PE Agricultural film, PE shopping bags,garbage bags, PP raffia bags,woven bags,PP Ton bag, PP non-woven film,bags and related wastes from varies source. The complete recycling washing machine line could turn collected dirty polyethylene and polypropylene films,post-consumer bags to clean and dry film pieces which could be used for further pelletizing. Main processing steps include: Crushing-Washing-Drying-Packing.
2.PP PE rigid plastics recycling washing line is mainly used for process rigid PP PE (HDPE) wastes in varies products forms of daily life like milk bottles,detergent bottles,shampoo bottles,barrel,bucket,creates,containers,vaires profiles ect. It could turn wastes to clean scraps ,flakes for further pelletizing.Main processing steps include: Crushing-Washing-Drying-Packing.

The machine has a good drying effect and high energy efficiency. The blade is made of high wear-resistant materials, can be replaced more conveniently. |
