A Plastic Recycling Machine Factory, Not a Trading Desk

Suzhou Beakeland Machinery, trading as BKL-MACHINE, builds the plastic washing, shredding, crushing and pelletizing equipment it sells, in its own plant in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu.

Our plant in Leyu Town, Zhangjiagang. Fabrication and assembly happen in the same building, so a buyer can inspect a machine before it ships.

Buyers reach a plastic recycling machine factory with a waste stream rather than a model number. PET bottle bales, HDPE drums, dirty agricultural film, woven bags, pipe offcuts and mixed bulky plastic all behave differently once they enter a line, so the first conversation is about material, contamination and the output you need to sell.

That is also why the range covers whole lines and single machines. Some projects need a full bottle-to-flake washing line, others only need one shredder in front of an existing granulator, and a blown film factory may only need a small pelletizer for its own scrap.

Being inside the Suzhou and Wuxi manufacturing belt matters more than it sounds. Steel, motors, gearboxes and electrical parts are sourced locally instead of shipped in, which is what keeps a replacement part measured in days rather than weeks.

03 Assembly Drives, gearboxes, piping and control cabinets installed and aligned
04 Trial running Machine run and filmed before packing, on your material where possible
What the line does to your material

What a Plastic Recycling Line Does to Your Material

Recycling equipment is easiest to understand by watching two numbers travel along the line. Particle size falls in the first half, moisture rises in the middle and has to be driven back out before extrusion.

Washing is marked because it is the stage that both creates the value and creates the moisture problem. Everything after it exists to get the water back out.

Inside our workshop

How a Plastic Recycling Machine Is Built, Step by Step

Six stages in the order the work happens, from the layout drawing to the trial run. Every one of them is something a buyer is allowed to ask about or come and see — the same route you would take a tour of the plant along, stage by stage.

Drawing and layout at the BKL-MACHINE plastic recycling machine factory 01
Drawing and layout Material, contamination, output and workshop space are settled before any steel is cut. You receive: line layout drawing
Cutting at the BKL-MACHINE plastic recycling machine factory 02
Cutting Plate and section cutting for frames, tanks and housings. You receive: plate thickness on the spec sheet
Machining at the BKL-MACHINE plastic recycling machine factory 03
Machining Rotor shafts, knife seats and bearing housings are machined to fit. You receive: rotor and knife material grade
Welding at the BKL-MACHINE plastic recycling machine factory 04
Welding Weld quality decides whether a washing tank or a shredder frame survives years of load. You receive: tank steel grade and thickness
Assembly at the BKL-MACHINE plastic recycling machine factory 05
Assembly Drives, gearboxes, guards, piping and control cabinets are installed and aligned. You receive: motor and gearbox brand list
Trial running at the BKL-MACHINE plastic recycling machine factory 06
Trial running Machines are run and recorded, with your own material whenever you can send it. You receive: running video before payment

Stages one to four decide whether the machine survives years of load, and stages five and six decide whether it runs your material on day one. The trial run is filmed, which is why it is the stage buyers ask about most.

Before you pay the balance

Factory Inspection and Trial Running Before Shipment

Factory proof is not a slogan. Five checkpoints run in order before a container leaves, and each one hands you a file rather than a reassurance.

  1. 01 Trial running

A video of the machine running, whenever possible with your own material

  2. 02 Electrical check

Cabinet photos with voltage, control logic and safety devices confirmed

  3. 03 Wear parts

Knife, screen and spare-part list for the models in your order

  4. 04 Layout sign-off

Line drawing showing maintenance access, water and power points

  5. 05 Loading

Packing photos and container loading confirmation before departure

Loading day is the last checkpoint, and it is photographed for the file you keep.

Nothing here needs your permission to ask for

The video, the cabinet photos and the wear-part list are produced for every order, so you should be comparing what suppliers hand over rather than what they promise.

Warranty, Support and Spare Parts for a Recycling Line

A recycling line earns money only while it runs, so the terms that matter are the ones that apply after commissioning, not during the sale.

12 months

Warranty on the equipment

Wear parts excluded, and the covered items are listed in the contract rather than described in general terms.

Lifetime

Technical support after that

Process questions, control logic and operator problems stay answerable for as long as the line runs.

At cost

Spare parts once warranty ends

Knives, screens and bearings are supplied at cost price, because a stalled line costs you more than the part.

OEM and ODM projects follow the same terms. Voltage, layout, capacity and material can all be adapted, and the starting point is still the waste stream rather than a catalogue model.

Where our own engineering shows

Machines We Developed Around Real Recycling Bottlenecks

These are the models where our development work is easiest to verify, because each one exists to solve a problem the standard line leaves open.

JG plastic squeezer removing water from washed film

Water left in washed film

Removes 95 to 97 percent of retained water

Washed film can still hold up to 15 percent moisture. The JG squeezer exists for that gap, because wet film breaks pelletizing stability.

LTG mini pelletizer for clean PE film scrap

Factory scrap, not a recycling plant

30 to 180 kg/h in 2 to 10 m²

The LTG air-cooling pelletizer is built for blown film and bag factories reusing their own clean PE scrap under 10 tons a month.

DS twin-shaft shredder rotor and knives

Torque instead of speed

8 to 15 rpm rotor speed

Low rotor speed lets the shredder shear whole drums, pipe and bales instead of bouncing them around the inlet.

Questions buyers ask first

Plastic Recycling Machine Factory FAQ

The eight questions that come up before anyone talks about a model number.

Ask our engineers

Is BKL-MACHINE a plastic recycling machine factory or a trading company?

BKL-MACHINE is a factory. Suzhou Beakeland Machinery fabricates, machines, welds, assembles and trial runs its washing, shredding, crushing and pelletizing equipment in its own 2,500 square metre workshop in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu. Buyers are welcome to inspect a machine on the floor before it is packed.

How long has the factory been building recycling equipment?

Since 2015, first as Huixing Machinery and from 2017 under the BKL-MACHINE brand. That is about eleven years in plastic recycling equipment, not a general engineering history applied to this industry.

Which countries has BKL-MACHINE supplied?

Equipment has shipped to twenty countries, with the highest density in Eastern Europe: Poland, Finland, Hungary, Romania and Russia. Other markets include the USA, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the UAE, Egypt, Ethiopia, Australia and China. Export accounts for most of the output.

Can I visit the factory or ask for a video inspection?

Yes. Buyers are invited to the plant before shipment, and a running video is recorded for every machine, ideally with material the buyer has sent. If a visit is not practical, the electrical cabinet, nameplate, layout and packing are all photographed for the file you keep.

What certification does the equipment carry?

CE marking is issued with the order, together with the standard export documents. We do not claim certifications the factory does not hold, so anything beyond CE should be confirmed in writing before you rely on it.

What warranty and spare-part terms apply?

The equipment carries a twelve month warranty with wear parts excluded, technical support continues for the life of the line, and once the warranty ends knives, screens and bearings are supplied at cost price.

Does the factory accept OEM and ODM projects?

Yes. Machines are regularly adapted to a buyer voltage, layout, capacity and material. For OEM and ODM work the starting point is the same as any other project: the waste stream, the target output and the space available.

Where is the factory and how easy is it to reach?

The plant is in Leyu Town, Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, inside the Suzhou and Wuxi manufacturing belt and within driving distance of Shanghai. That location is also why steel, motors, gearboxes and electrical parts are available locally rather than shipped in.

01 Come to the plant

Walk the workshop while your machine is on the floor, before it is packed. Zhangjiagang is inside driving distance of Shanghai.

02 Watch it run on video

Every machine is filmed running before shipment, on your own material whenever you can send a sample ahead.

03 Ask for the file, not the logo

Certificate numbers above can be checked with the issuing body. Anything we do not hold, we will say so in writing.

Come and run your material

Send photos of your waste plastic with the capacity and output you need. If a trial makes sense, we will tell you what to ship and what the test can and cannot prove.

Still deciding who to buy from?

Everything above is what we say about ourselves. The faster way to judge a supplier is to hand them a real project and see what comes back. Send yours and we will answer with a configuration and the reasoning behind it, not a brochure.

  • 01Tell us what you collect. Bales, drums, film roll or mixed scrap, and roughly how much arrives each month.
  • 02Tell us what you want to sell. Washed flake, regrind or pellet decides how far down the line the investment has to go.
  • 03Tell us what the building allows. Floor area, power supply and whether wastewater treatment already exists.
