What These Clips Are, and What They Are Not

Every clip here was filmed on a machine running real waste, not a rendering and not a trade-show demo fed clean virgin pellets. What you will not find is a line running faster than it does on site — if a washing line is rated 1,000–1,500 kg/h, that is the rate in the footage.

Watch the parts a spec sheet cannot show you: what the shredder does when an oversized lump reaches the throat, how cloudy the water is at each washing stage, and how much floor a full line actually occupies. Footage settles most of it; the rest only settles once you walk the plant in person.

How to Use These Clips

  1. Find the clip closest to your material. Not the closest machine name — the closest waste. A line built for post-consumer HDPE drums and one built for clean in-house HDPE offcuts share a model number and almost nothing else.
  2. Tell us what is different about yours. “Like the film line, but our bales carry more soil” is a far more useful brief than a model number. It gets you a configuration back instead of a price list.
  3. Send photographs of the actual bales. Contamination level decides how many washing stages you need, and that decides most of the budget. It is the one thing we cannot guess from a spec request.
