What to Send Us Before We Can Configure a Line
The checklist itself lives on the line page. What follows is the part that is usually left out — what each answer actually changes about the machines you get quoted.

What comes back is a configuration list with installed power, footprint and the number of operators the line needs. That is a more useful thing to hold than a price, because you can take it to your accountant and to your electrician on the same day.
One Machine or a Complete Line, Two Different Conversations
If you want one machine for an existing line, send the boundaries rather than the model: what feeds it, the particle size it must deliver, and how much moisture the next stage will accept. Single machines quote quickly. A single machine that does not match its neighbours is bought twice, which is the expensive way to save time.

One boundary worth stating plainly. This factory builds washing, shredding, crushing, pelletizing and auxiliary equipment. Tyre work is an application of the general-purpose twin-shaft shredder, not a complete tyre line. If a complete tyre plant is what you need, we will say so rather than sell you the part of it we make.
What Comes Back

Buying Direct from the Factory

Machining and assembly happen in the same building, so the machine can be inspected before it ships rather than after it lands. You can send your own material and watch it run — see the plant before you order covers how. When your feedstock changes in two years, altering knives, screens or adding a stage is a conversation with the people who built it rather than a request passed along a chain. And once the warranty ends, knives, screens and bearings are supplied at cost price, which over five years is not a small number.

Coming to the Factory
The plant is at Dongxing Village, Yanjiang Road, Leyu Town, Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu 215600, China. The nearest airports are Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Hongqiao and Wuxi Sunan Shuofang, and Zhangjiagang has its own high-speed rail station. It is a reasonable addition to a trip already going to Shanghai or a trade show.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I ask for a quotation without sending photographs of my material?
Yes, and you will get a range rather than a configuration. If photographs are not possible, describe where the waste comes from, how it arrives and what is mixed into it. That gets most of the way there. The gap is that visible contamination is the thing hardest to describe and easiest to underestimate.
Is there a minimum order before you will quote?
No. Single machines are quoted as readily as complete lines, and a small pelletizer for a converter’s own scrap is a normal enquiry here. What decides whether a project is workable is whether the material and the target output make sense together, not the size of the order.
Which languages can I write to you in?
Write in English and it will be handled directly. If English is not comfortable, send the technical details as numbers, drawings and photographs — material type, capacity, voltage, dimensions. Specifications survive translation far better than descriptions do, and they are what the configuration is built from anyway.
What happens after I send the form?
Your material description is read against the machines that can actually run it, and the reply comes back as a configuration list with installed power, footprint and manpower. If something critical is missing, you get one focused question rather than a generic questionnaire.
Do you supply complete lines only, or single machines as well?
