Best for a first technical enquiry. Material description, photographs and target output stay attached to one thread.
Engineering reply within one working dayThree channels, and they are not interchangeable
Pick the one that matches what you are about to send. A first technical enquiry belongs in the form, because it keeps your material description and photographs together in one place.
Best once a project is already running: a quick specification check, a photo from the workshop, a shipping question.

Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu — visits welcomeWhat to Send Us Before We Can Configure a Line
You can fill in the form above right now and nothing bad will happen. But read the first section before you do, because six pieces of information turn the first reply from a list of questions into a configuration proposal. Most enquiries in this industry take three emails to reach the point where anyone can say anything useful. These are the six that skip them.
Industrial offcuts and post-consumer waste of the same polymer need different lines. One is clean and consistent, the other is neither
Visible contamination decides whether pre-wash and hot wash stages are in the quotation at all. Those stages change both the machine list and the running cost
Sand, oil, labels and mixed polymers each remove differently. Guessing low here is how a line arrives that cannot hit the output grade you sold
Stopping at flake removes the entire extrusion section. Your buyer’s acceptance spec, not the machine, decides where the line ends
Sets the control cabinet build. It is fixed at drawing approval, not adjusted before shipping
Decides whether the layout runs straight or folds, and whether the capacity you want fits the building you have
The checklist itself lives on the line page. What follows is the part that is usually left out — what each answer actually changes about the machines you get quoted.
What comes back is a configuration list with installed power, footprint and the number of operators the line needs. That is a more useful thing to hold than a price, because you can take it to your accountant and to your electrician on the same day.
One Machine or a Complete Line, Two Different Conversations
Send the boundaries, not the model number
If you want one machine for an existing line, send the boundaries rather than the model: what feeds it, the particle size it must deliver, and how much moisture the next stage will accept. Single machines quote quickly. A single machine that does not match its neighbours is bought twice, which is the expensive way to save time.
- What feeds it
- The particle size it must deliver
- How much moisture the next stage accepts
Send the material and the output grade
If you are building a line, send the material and the output grade and expect a call before a number. Layout depends on site conditions that do not survive an email. Plastic recycling machine cost covers what drives the figure, machine by machine, if you want to read it before we speak.
- What the waste is and how it arrives
- The grade your buyer will accept
- Floor area, power supply and wastewater
One boundary worth stating plainly. This factory builds washing, shredding, crushing, pelletizing and auxiliary equipment. Tyre work is an application of the general-purpose twin-shaft shredder, not a complete tyre line. If a complete tyre plant is what you need, we will say so rather than sell you the part of it we make.
What Comes Back, and When
An enquiry with the six answers above gets a configuration list: the machines, installed power, footprint and manpower. An enquiry with photographs of dirty material gets a better one, because the wash stages stop being a guess.
- The machine listStation by station, in the order your material passes through
- Installed powerTotal kW, so your electrician can check the supply you have
- FootprintWhether the layout runs straight or has to fold into your building
- ManpowerHow many operators the line needs per shift
Buying Direct from the Factory
Whether this is a factory or a trading desk is answered elsewhere. What matters more is what the answer changes for you, and there are four things.
Inspect before it ships
Machining and assembly happen in the same building, so the machine is checked here rather than after it lands.
Run your own material
Send a sack of your waste and watch the trial. The footage is recorded either way.
Change it in two years
Altering knives, screens or adding a stage is a conversation with the people who built it, not a request passed along a chain.
Wear parts at cost
Once the warranty ends, knives, screens and bearings are supplied at cost price. Over five years that is not a small number.
How each machine is inspected and lines we have delivered are the two places to check whether any of that holds up.
The plant, and how to get to it
Machining and assembly happen in the same building, so a machine can be inspected before it ships rather than after it lands. Bring your own material and we will run it.

Questions About Contacting a Plastic Recycling Machine Factory
Five that come up before anyone sends the first message. If yours is not here, the form above reaches an engineer rather than a mailbox.
- 1 day
- Working-day target for a first engineering reply
- 6
- Answers that turn the reply into a configuration instead of more questions
- No minimum
- A single machine is quoted as readily as a complete line
Can I ask for a quotation without sending photographs of my material?
Yes, and you will get a range rather than a configuration. If photographs are not possible, describe where the waste comes from, how it arrives and what is mixed into it. That gets most of the way there. The gap is that visible contamination is the thing hardest to describe and easiest to underestimate.
Is there a minimum order before you will quote?
No. Single machines are quoted as readily as complete lines, and a small pelletizer for a converter’s own scrap is a normal enquiry here. What decides whether a project is workable is whether the material and the target output make sense together, not the size of the order.
Which languages can I write to you in?
Write in English and it will be handled directly. If English is not comfortable, send the technical details as numbers, drawings and photographs — material type, capacity, voltage, dimensions. Specifications survive translation far better than descriptions do, and they are what the configuration is built from anyway.
What happens after I send the form?
Your material description is read against the machines that can actually run it, and the reply comes back as a configuration list with installed power, footprint and manpower. If something critical is missing, you get one focused question rather than a generic questionnaire.
Do you supply complete lines only, or single machines as well?
Both, and they are quoted differently. A single machine needs the boundaries it has to match. A complete line needs the material and the output grade. Tell us which of the two you are asking about in the first message and the reply will be one round shorter.
Three Pages That Answer Half of a First Enquiry
If you would rather check the specifics before sending anything, these are the pages that carry them.
